European Bullfinch

European Bullfinch Pyrrhula p.europoea breeds from the eastern Netherlands eastwards into Germany. Along the Dutch coast they are being replaced by British Bullfinches Pyrrhula p.pileata The two subspecies look and behave differently, see text British Bullfinch. Shrihai & Svensson, 2018 lump the two subspecies with which I disagree. Evolutionary processes can be stopped (f.i. Dodo, Passenger Pigeon) they cannot be reversed no matter how slight the geographical differences between taxa of the same species are they must not be  ignored and hidden.
